Medical Plans
We have a plan to meet your needs
whether it be Fully-Insured, Self-Funded or Limited Benefit
Plans. We even have Voluntary Limited Indemnity Plans that
provide Doctor visit Copays, Prescription Drug Copays, and
Hospitalization Benefits. Members who utilize the benefits
available through The SEAMS Association find that our Service
and Quality are unmatched. Consultation, Enrollment and
Administrative Assistance is provided free of charge.
SEAMS Members have access to a variety of health insurance plans
through SEAMS’ “Agent of Record”, Professional Financial
Planning, Inc.
Cancer Plans (Voluntary)
The Voluntary Cancer Insurance available is especially designed
for the members of The SEAMS Association. Cancer Plans provide
protection over and above that provided by medical insurance.
Special to our program is the availability of coverage to those
that have been “treatment free” for as little as 6 months...at
STANDARD RATES!!!. Most carriers require 5 and 10 years
“certified cancer free” ...a big difference to you and your
employees. Employees can use benefits to pay for deductibles,
coinsurances, household bills or however they see fit...and our
rates are highly competitive. Call today to make this plan
available to your employees at NO Cost to the employer.
Permanent Life Insurance (Voluntary)
The Voluntary Permanent Life Insurance available is especially
designed for the members of The SEAMS Association. The program
is an interest sensitive whole life program that takes into
consideration the need for a low weekly premium, yet still
maintain excellent coverage for employees as well as their
family members.
This program features:
Higher levels of Guaranteed coverage
SEAMS Member employees are guaranteed to increase their coverage
at any time during their employment with a SEAMS Member.
Guaranteed coverage also available for spouses, children and
grandchildren
SEAMS Members have NO Participation requirements to implement
the plan and the same coverage goes with the employee if they
leave the company at the same cost.
Disability Income Insurance
Professional Financial Planning Inc. has successfully negotiated
special Disability Plans that help SEAMS Members obtain lower
cost on Disability Income Insurance. We’ve even placed caps on
the rate increases employers/employees can normally receive if
losses due to disability claims are large. This type of
protection is important when trying to control the bottom line.
We have both Employer Paid and Voluntary Plans available at
preferential rates for the industry along with higher guarantees
built into our plans.
